"A very positive experience overall. Very friendly - and helpful - staff. Splendid location: how often do you get to stay in a hotel that’s situated 1500m above sea level? Car required if you wish to visit the surrounding sites and places. We made it a point to visit restaurants in other villages as well as in Andorra La Vella, and immerse ourselves in the lovely Andorran ambience. We visited in low season but we’re rewarded with a very relaxing holiday."

"A comfortable friendly hotel in Andorran alps.easy access once you have left the city bustle behind. Good trails nearby for hiking and two jacuzzis for relaxation. Nice restaurant with helpful staff. If I needed some where to stay either in summer or for skiing this place would be it"

"Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. "

"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra."

"Apartamento muy grande y muy cuidado. Todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Muy limpio. La terraza, casi tocando el rio (estabamos en la planta baja) estaba de lujo. El personal es muy amable."
