"The hotel is within walking distance from the Kyoto train station and very well connected with the rest of the city by bus and subway. Breakfast had a great variety of options of both Japanese and Western dishes, but breakfast area can get really crowded because people tend to linger longer. "It’s a brand new hotel that was beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well- appointed and the amenities well-curated. It’s located in a quiet residential area and away from the high-traffic tourist areas but within easy walking distance to many areas of interest as well as to 2 train stations. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, especially Ruby and Viola who welcomed us upon arrival and patiently answered our many questions. We highly recommend this hotel."
