"It’s our tenth time at this hotel but by far it was the worst of all. We asked the staff to prepare a birthday message for our child, as they had done so before, but they ignored our request. Honestly year by year it’s getting g worse. Last year the staff forgot we ordered a birthday cake and we had to wait for it. This year, we skipped the cake as it was a disappointment last year and asked for a card, we got nothing."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very pleasant, offering a wide selection of fresh products. A sauna and swimming pool were also included. The only minor issue was that the pillows were not particularly comfortable; otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay."

"Ostello di altissima qualità, meglio di tantissimi alberghi. Camera spaziosa, letti a castello comodi, pulizia eccellente, COLAZIONE STREPITOSA salato e dolce, staff disponibile. Parcheggio privato caro, ma a luglio abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio gratuito nei dintorni della struttura. Posizione comodissima per Wilanow, un po' meno per il centro di Varsavia. In ogni caso CONSIGLIATO!"
