"Das Hotelzimmer war bezahlt aber das Hotel International wollte, dass wir nochmal bezahlen. Obwohl wir die Bestätigung vom Hotels.com gezeigt haben. Sie haben argumentiert, dass sie keine Bestätigung vom Hotels.com bekommen hätten. Dann müssten wir uns darum kümmern. Wir saßen vier Stundenlang mit schlechtem WiFi in der nicht klimatisierten Lobby und haben versucht den Kundenservice vom Hotels.com - wegen der Zeitverschiebung - in den USA zu kontaktieren. Ein sehr hilfreich...
