"O “ hotel” cobra a taxa de R$100 por limpeza antecipado, porém se recusou a limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas até o terceiro dia da estadia, somente após muito insistir as toalhas foram trocadas, sendo que se é um hotel e eu paguei pela limpeza deveriam agendar cfm solicitado, o contato com a recepção é extremamente dificil e limitado pois só funciona das 10-20hrs e a admistração é extremamente omissa, além disso o banheiro tinha vazamentos no chuveirinho que inundavam o mesmo, a porta estava...

"The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark "

"Clean hotel POOL very DANGEROUS ... ONLY 3 feet deep without '' NO DIVING '' signs and poor lighting at night. Needs pool lights and decklights next to pool and warning signs of depth. Only one young lady spoke english, no one else did. Our last morning I was waken up at 500am by what sounded like someone using a sledge hammer on the walls, thought maybe someone was destroying one unit. Turned out to be some idiot in the kitchen, maybe maintenance banging. Shook the walls and must have waken...

"My second stay at this hotel and I still enjoyed it . Comfortable bed, AC works , big room and friendly staff. Breakfast is very good and the location is perfect right in front of the beach."

"Incredibly beautiful beaches at the footstep. Nice room and brand new hotel. Access is not good as some unsealed roads to get to it. Breakfast is ok but the restaurant needs to be improved significantly."
