"O hotel é velho, os dois elevadores existentes são pequenos e velhos, no meu apto chamado flat, tinha um microondas, um fogão, o frigobar e 2 copos, falam que é só pedir os utensílios, mas pedi um abridor de garrafas e não fui atendida!! O telefone do quarto estava mudo, a pia do banheiro não escoava mto bem!"
