Eco Cataratas - amazing hotel

We had a great time at the Eco Cataratas Hotel. The structure is amazing (especially if you have children), the staff friendly and helpful, the location very convenient and the food sooooo yummy. And I can't enough good things about the staff group that takes care of the kids' entertainment, they were more than amazing, and our daughter had a great time.

The stay was great. The breakfast at this location is wonderful. The staff moved us without issue when out adjoining room neighbors were loud. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The sink did end up leaking and backing up a bit but that wasn't the biggest deal.

I asked for 2rooms for 4 adults, when I checked in I got 1 room for 4 adults and double the charge for what I originally wanted. I believed the price I paid was sufficient for 2 rooms. We were in a very uncomfortable situation for me and my friends. The hotel itself was very nice. Food on buffet looked beautiful but the fruit was not ripe, cakes were dry. The second day I had an omelette which was very good. I had an excellent massage at the spa.

Great hotel with fantastic facilities, set in beautiful grounds. Very good value for money. Great location for exploring Iguazu from both Brazilian and Argentinian sides. Buffet breakfast fantastic and varied each day. Very limited walkable dining options nearby but hotel offered evening buffet at reasonable price with options changing nightly. Ubers ate a great way to get around and are able to access hotel grounds.

Beautiful property, close to airport but also convenient to local attractions. Saved money by getting tour tickets at concierge, tickets were easy to use and I did not have to wait to get tickets when we got to the events. Buffet for breakfast was huge, only negative is that pastries were not always fresh, some of the bread was hard.

It is beautiful, very close to Iguazu falls, with excelent breakfast and dinning buffet. Has lots of ammenities and gorgeous pools. Only draw back pools in September to cold for my preference, a pool heater will escalate this hotel to superb.
