"Fui pela segunda ou terceira vez, gostamos muito do hotel , café da manhã sensacional , farto e com qualidade , instalações , limpeza , recreacionistas infantis, o carinho na arrumação do quarto ..tudo otimo ….no entanto esta última experiência deixou a desejar nos funcionários da recepção , acredito que eram estrangeiros atendendo, sem paciência e bastante ásperos no lidar com clientes , tanto no checkin como no out. Outro ponto foi o sinal da internet e as oscilações da rede o tempo todo ,...

"O hotel é muito confortável. Um hotel mais voltado para famílias. A comida é excelente! A limpeza é nota 10! Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis, mas não é bom em isolamento acústico. Portanto, se você gosta de dormir cedo se ouve muito barulho nos corredores. As vezes é por conta da recreação e outras vezes é as crianças mesmos que, ao irem para o quarto ou sairem para qualquer outra atividade, fazem barulho, gritam e até mesmo os adultos falam alto nos corredores. "Over accomodatie en medewekers heel positief! Toen wij met spoed specifieke medicatie nodig hadden, hebben ze dat heel snel per koerier laten komen. Hou er wel rekening mee dat weinig medewerkers Engels spreken. Je moet dus soms even geduld hebben tot de juiste persoon beschikbaar is maar dat duurt nooit lang."
