Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. "Hotel is quiet and in the country. We had the larger room which was spacious with a view over the countryside. The downside is that the dishwasher and the deep-freeze part of the fridge needed repairing. Some customers had wrecked it. Pity."

"The setting was quiet, felt safe and was within easy walk of very pretty town centre. Kitchenettes were well equipped for preparing a meal and it was nice on a hot evening to be able to eat on the balcony. The property also felt cool in hot weather."

"The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Appart'City Collection Genève Aéroport. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, making it both comfortable and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent for accessing the airport as well as nearby transport links into Geneva city. A great choice for a short or extended visit."
