"To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels door !!!!! And also the spa didn’t had enough therapist, so they gave such an excuses that you don’t need this therapy at the moment!!!!"

"Big comfortable hotel. Not “high end” More of a package hotel or conference hotel. But not much choice in Kalamata."

An einigen Abschnitten allerdings ziemlich steinig.

"rare to have a hotel beat your expectations. Room was clean, staff was super helpful, breakfast was good. Not sure if the hotel was new or remodeled but it definitely felt new. We would stay here again"

"Lovely hotel and George was so lovely and all the staff. Definitely would go back and 100 percent recommend"

"One of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed. The staff was very helpful the breakfast was good and the pool was clean"

"The lobby area was very nicely appointed. Restaurant and breakfasts were very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great location by the sea."

"My husband and I love Mystras Grand Palace Resort. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. We would 100% stay there again. We especially loved the breakfast-such a great variety of delicious foods!"

"Paradise on earth"

"Great location & lovely rooms. As on our last visit, service is a bit hit & miss."

"Amazing stay!"

"Finding registration lobby is difficult. Parking entrance is not where the navigation apps take you to. From there you wait till someone shows up with golf cart or walk to the lobby. It is manned only by one receptionist. Sea view room is over the street separating hotel building and hotel outdoor restaurant. The area has good restaurants with seating next to water."
