"On check-in, the desk person seemed displeased that the reservation had been made through Expedia.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Everything else about the room was pleasant.
There was an exit door at the back of the second story that led down to the parking lot. We were chastised about using it because "it was a fire door only and was supposed to be locked (?????)". We were also advised that the garden at the bottom of those steps was "her private garden" and that we weren't...
