"Very cleaned"

"The room was just OK. When we first walked in, it smelled very bad so we opened the window and turned on the air. That helped the smell go away. The bathroom didn't look very clean, with mildew? looking stains around the outside of the tub and stains on the floor of the shower. I would expect a little better for what I paid. The staff was very kind and helpful."

"Terrible staff. THe manager of this hotel doesn't understand costumer service. Every morning he locks the (terrrible by the way) breakfast items away a few minutes before 9:30. When I showed him that it wasn't yet 9:30 he said it's 9:30 hotel time. When I asked where I could see it he said on the computer in the lobby. Also at 9am staff walked into my room without knocking. "The room and hotel layout is great. The location is central to Tucson. The rooms are quite dated. The blackout curtains had holes in them that allowed early (5:30) sunlight in. The breakfast was hot and the eggs seemed real, not powdered. However, there wasn't much variety. Staff was cordial and the room was clean. Under the category of you get what you pay for, it's quite reasonable."

"We only stayed one night, which is not long enough to enjoy this beautiful hotel. The free valet was so helpful getting our luggage to and from our room. We had an issue with a noisy swamp cooler outside our room (#17) and an engineer came immediately and resolved it. We will be back!"
