"The WORST check-in I’ve experienced in my 25+ years of business travel! Booking through hotels.com I had NOT expected to have to pick up my keys in a backstreet empty pizza place TWO kilometres from the flat. Evening, snow and cold. No taxis (did I say back street?) but the nice restaurant owner were persuaded to drive me … for a fee. Flat it self lovely and as described but do clear up how to get the keys. "

"A personal view - There were no tea making facilities in the room, unlike my other stays. The safe in my room was faulty though the handyman was quick to fix it. The information provided on the room tv was vague. Ie there was breakfast but no times. However staff helpful, comfortable bed, good breakfast. It is well located. Lot of form filling though in Finland when checking in. Might be an idea to have pens and forms at reception, it would reduce queueing times or fill in your details online...

"Sehr schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad alles sehr sauber. Viel Luft nach oben ist allerdings in den Restaurants. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Alte, abgewetzte Möbel, unterdurchschnittliches Essen zu überteuerten Preisen, einfach ungemütlich. Wir haben am ersten Abend dort gegessen weil wir nach einer langen Anreise übermüdet waren und keine Lust hatten noch ein Lokal zu suchen. Einmal und nie wieder."

"Great room, great breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful. Try out the spa, although the jacuzzi was cold. Hotel is near a busy stop that takes you into central Tampere."

"Huoneet siistit mutta WC tilasta puuttui perus ns wc-harja. Henkilökunnalta ystävällinen palvelu. Ruokailu uupui täysin, maanantaina ei mikään ravintola auki. Tiistaina kävimme pikku Italiassa syömässä, mutta ruoka oli arvosanalta 7+"
