"Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price."

"This hotel is very resort like. The food was horrible both the buffet and regular restaurant. We were not able to eat anything completely except for the pizza. The staff was friendly but the guests (maybe because there was a biking event going on) made us feel very uncomfortable. We are from the US but have a Hispanic background and I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time there. This is not the hotels fault at all but wanted to note this as we luckily only booked 2 nights, had we not, we...
