"I liked it cause it was close to the airport Breakfast was ok i guess Shuttle service not so good Very Small vans so if you have luggages and a family forget about it! Got dropped off at the hotel from airport and the next morning they only had me reserved for 2 people not 4 so had to take a taxi to the airport"

"The 3 restaurants in the building will only let you take pizza to your room, no other foods. I have medical conditions and can not eat pizza, all I wanted was a chicken salad and they still told me NO and didn't care about my medical conditions at all. Which makes no sense when everything in the room is white and pizza can be messy, a salad wouldn't be messy at all and cost more. Also, I asked for an extra coffee pod for my room and I was told only 1 cup for your room, which is absolutely nuts...

"The air conditioning was not working in the room. It was extremely hot and stifling inside. The hotel management's solution was to provide a tiny fan which did not do much."

"Stay was short, late arrival and early departure. Signage was limited on how to get to the hotel from the arrival terminal. Information desk was gone for the day. Most disappointing is that the clerk that checked me in and out confirmed that the room was paid for and gave me a bill for city tax. However, the hotel charged ny account in addition to Expedia. Not sure if this was or was not intentional. Now I have to unwind this errant charge. A real pain."

"Erg fijn hotel! Van der Valk hotel is mijn go to hotel in Nederland. Fijn dat er ook een in Parijs is. Een en al super en comfortabel."

"Service at the restaurant was horrible. Server never came back to check on us and the order was wrong. The transfer driver to the airport was rude and not helpful at all. Basically dropped us off and told us to figure it out even though I knew which terminal we had to be at. Overall, the staff at the front desk were great, but the rest need some more training."

"Réception fermée où nous avons dû aller faire le check in à l’hôtel d’à côté. Petit déjeuner non varié, pas de grille pain ni de serviettes de table. Cheveux retrouvé dans le jambon. Murs non isolés entre les chambres. Les seuls points positifs sont la télévision et l’air climatisé."
