"Rooms are very clean and up to date. Aircon is easy to operate and effective, which makes a change. Coffee machine was good once I'd figured out how to use it. Wish there was milk or creamer. Breakfast is excellent with most things and good coffee. I had dinner at 10pm and lunch the next day and the food is really good. However, the room price was higher than I would of expected TBH. Plus Expedia say there is an airport courtesy vehicle and when tried to book it they wanted 200 lev."

"This is a traditional style large grand hotel in the centre of town. While it is less "grand" than it presumably once was, it still delivers good levels of comfort, room size, and service. The location is conveniently very close to the old town, historic attractions, parks and restaurants. "

Always there, it seemed, and he also gave an excellent talk about the Roman baths underneath the hotel. Whatever I asked of him, he always went the extra yard. Any criticism? I had to work hard to come up with one: the fridge in my room was not cold enough!"
