"The breakfast fabulous. Service and ALL people around (I mean REALLY ALL) were more than helpful. Everybody from reception to restaurant and housekeeping should get not 10/10 but at least 20/10 for their service. This hotel is one of 2 BEST hotels where we stayed in Poland."

"Wir trafen auf ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel, das Personal begegnete uns immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hochwertig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Fitnessraum ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig, dass man die Fenster im Hotelzimmer nicht öffnen konnte, gefiel mir nicht so gut. Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut zur Stadterkundung. "

"Overall decent value for money at the hotel, but room 503 needs some attention - the entry door is not closing / locking unless you push it hard, the hallway carpet needs proper cleaning and stains removal, the toilet seat is loose."
