"A great location to South Wharf and the Crown easy walking distance with younger kids (15 mins) South Melbourne Market across the road. A great apartment for a short stay with the kids. "

"It’s a lovely property that has seen better days. Damaged furniture and paintwork really needs a redo. For it to claim luxury status is a step too far. "

"We found it nice bcoz its was bright, walkable distance to all major attractions/ shopping areas. And the most important was the assistance from HOUST , they were very quick and given proper assistance in case it was required. I would love to stay there on my next trip as well."

"The property has parking and is in a very good location. It’s an easy walk to the beach & there are lots of great restaurants nearby. There were a couple of small issues like a blown globe in a lamp on our arrival. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There was only one wine glass. I know there’s a no party policy, but that seems extreme. Apart from that, the apartment was comfortable enough for myself & my two children for our six night stay. "

"The transport and grocery nearby was fantastic and very convenient. The apartment itself was nice, although the stairs up into the main hallway before the lifts was inconvenient; since there was no ramp it meant having to pull suitcase up stairs."
