"Everything was excellent except the weather. I liked how they thought of everything you might need a tie out for pup plus water bowl and wood was included in the price which was kept in a camping storage box away from the rain. great touch!! I will visit again!!"

"This place is in serious need of remodeling. However, that is not the problem. The towels are so thread bare you can see through them. We received 1 wash cloth per day and there was 2 of us. The towels are very small. The fan in the bathroom does not work. The food at breakfast is cold (we ate about 6:30). The coffee does not get refilled very often. The lighting in the room was awful. It is very dark and gloomy."

"TV remote schintzee-like a child's plastic toy. After trying 5 of them, was finally given a traditional remote but staff member had to visit room to make adjustment on TV to get remote to work. Phone line in room did not work. No entry light in room one night; next Am it worked again?"

"There is no elevator or work out room at this facility. I found hairs in my bed. It’s on a busy street and very noisy. The breakfast was mid. Be careful on your bill they charge an “energy reclamation” fee of 3 1/2 % of your room charge on top of all of the other ridiculous fees such as the 7% occupancy fee per day. If you are traveling south to get to the property you need to make a u-turn so it is inconvenient to get to. I would not recommend."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Hallways were dark/dingy (dirty carpet) and we had a strange jacuzzi tub adjacent to the bed (kind of weird). And our first-floor room looked out into a neighbor’s yard. (We kept shades drawn). Bed was soft but plenty of pillows and AC worked well. Shower was good. So a mixed bag."

"Everything and everyone was wonderful. Missed coffee in the room, but 24-hour coffee in the lobby (and hot chocolate!) was delish. Was looking forward to the hot tub, but it was shut down :( Pool was nice though. Every single staff member was super friendly :)"

"Dirty, garbage everywhere in the hallways. The entire hotel smells like garbage. Rooms were very in bad shape. Shower dirty. Desk chair dirty. Beds are called "queen" they are actually "full". The worst thing is that we could not sleep because the doors to the rooms and the doors to the elevator shut extremely loud and someone slammed a door about every 30 minutes all night long. The last one I heard was 3:30 a.m and then they started again at 4:30 a.m."
