"The pictures online is NOT what it looks like now… It smells upon walking in, the staff was walking around with no shoes, the rooms were gross wasn’t swept very well, woke up in the middle of the night to mice in my room eating French fries and eating ranch dressing. The bathroom had hair in the sink, not updated at all.. under the bed is nothing but mold.. would not recommend staying here unless your a crackhead but they would need to pay me to stay there."

"Person next door was likely selling drugs out of his room. People were coming and going every few minutes till 2:30 am. Party in hall till 2:30 am. Only good thing I can say was bed was comfortable. But mostly we did not feel safe!! We pilled everything we could in front of the door to build a barricade. Didn’t even feel safe leaving with the people in the hall."

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now."

"It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???"

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."
