"This is an exceptional review. We were at the hotel the same night that there was a country-wide total blackout in Portugal. The hotel by no fault of theirs had no electricity, their generators ran out of gas, no A/C, no food, other than the mini bar. Guest manager Sophia walked us to the 13th floor, using her phone as a light. God only knows how many times she did this with other guests. She was lovely. "We spent five wonderful days at the Sensi Hotel and absolutely loved it. The views are amazing, the rooms cozy, and we really enjoyed the indoor pool and an excellent spa treatment. Both breakfast and dinners at Mômô were delicious. But above everything else, it’s really the team who made our stay so special.
