The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The free walking tour was an especially nice treat. Room was perfect. Each evening we came back to a surprise gift. Wonderful amenities (sauna, steam,salt room, gym & lovely hot tub). Breakfast was abundant with many additional delicious options. Location was perfect for walking but public transportation also stops right in front of hotel.
