"Wow! This is an absolute gem of a hotel. Everything about it is perfect. First the location: if you arrive by bus from Brasov the bus stop is right at the end of the street, less than one minute from the hotel (and the same for the return trip). The hotel is opposite a lovely little park and across the road from the castle grounds. The view of Bran Castle is outstanding. Once inside you are greeted by the lovely staff who are all so friendly and helpful. The entrance, lobby and restaurant areas...

The check-in experience was ok, it was a bit weird the clerk couldn't find Netherlands in their register, but in the end they gave us Seattle as home address which worked for me. The room had enough space and there were enough amenities. I had a view on a church on a hill.
