"My first impression, when I arrived to your hotel and waited at the reception to check-in was a real desappointment! 3 receptionists were working then. They didn't look at me as a new guest, no one could say: "welcome we will soon take care of you", which is, to my opinion, very unprofessional, further on, the Manager came to the front desk, he was angry and said very unpleasant comments to the staff infront of the people who where checking in, like me. I went forward the desk, looked at him...
