"Property is in wonderful location super central and strategic. High ceilings and quality/design furniture. Rooms cleaned very superficially… so room for improvement. Also, we often had issues accessing the room as the code wouldn’t work and wouldn’t get a response or resolution for hours on end which was very frustrating especially when traveling with a small child."

"Good location from Leece old town centre where all the magic happens. It's a 10-15 minute walk which is one straight road to the start of the city centre. There is also a bus stop which is a 2 minute walk, and takes just two mintues to get to town. In terms of the property, was so relived we chose the stay here as it was well maintained, clean and delightful, 100% recommend you stay here."

"Friendly and helpful staff, including about often complicated issues in Italy such as parking (it’s simplest to pay a daily fee to park in the hotel’s underground lot). Breakfast was decent and filling. The location works well for those willing to walk a bit — I’d say it’s better to stay outside the historic center than inside it, and this hotel is only a 10-minute walk outside. Overall a comfortable and pleasant experience."
