"I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. The location was also excellent. I will definitely stay here again if I come back and visit Lecce!"

"God beliggenhed centralt i Lecce også var det billigt. Svare hurtigt for på whatsapp. Køkken er ubrugeligt, hvis du ik vil betale ekstra for service på trods af reklame med billeder af køkken. Sengetæppe og puder er hullet eller lappet. Flersproget personale kunne ikke engelsk. Fandt aldrig ud af at tænde for varmen."

"The room was large, but not functional. Te 'double bed' was basically two single mattresses held together by a thick string. The bathroom had almost no light, and the shower took a while to heat up. The supposed breakfast does not exist. They give a Mcdonald voucher for one drink and one solid to be used in the nearby Mcdonald. It was winter and we could not turn on the radiators. I reached out to the receptionist (there is no fixed reception) and I was told someone would fix things. No one...

"Boblebad ikke inkluderet, selvom det stod i værelsesbeskrivelsen (160€ ekstraudgift). Morgenmad havde overskredet udløbsdato, og der var mug på ost og pålæg. Personale var ubehageligt og krævede mere i byskat end angivet på bookingen. "

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"
