"The ladies were amazing, going well above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. There was attention to every detail, from exquisite breakfasts to last minute excursions. When I arrived in the middle of the night after 8 hours on trains and switched on the lights to my room...both my luggage and my jaw dropped to the floor. The ceiling was vaulted like a basilica! "The actual hotel was 5 stars. Wonderful and great location. But the communication was really poor - 2 stars. When you had been travelling all morning and arrive stranded on the road trying to get in. It is not ideal. The pre arrival communication needs to be better. Send one email for one booking and ask for everything to be completed so have codes before arriving."

"The room in this 1950s style large apartment was clean, quiet and confortable. Very well located, minutes from the historic center of Lecce, with plenty of restaurants, stores and wonderful historic monuments. Irina was very helpful at check-in and advised on things to do nd see. Paid underground parking is a plus, but be aware that it is very tight. Fortunately I had a small car. Wifi and A/C worked fine."

When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time.
