"Wish I could leave a review of the Villa separate from Ocean Village as a whole. The villa we stayed in was clean & had everything we needed. The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. "In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. "They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills.
