"It was a nice place, not resort-ish at all, which we like, more of a homey feel. Waterpark was a big hit with my kids, worth the extra money per day. Staff was super friendly. Would def recommend!"

"Wow, Garden by the Sea is a little Oasis in Sosua. Nikki is an incredible host, and really makes the effort to help her guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were very clean, and it was so easy to feel relaxed. My bf and I stayed here after backpacking around DR a bit, and we ended up staying our last week here because it was very comfortable. Thank you, Nikki for being wonderful! We love Bella and miss you both already :) "

"We reserved the Royal Suites for our second day in teh Puerto Plata area. The first day we stayed at Casa Colonial and it was awsome! At Lifestyles from the begining even checking in was painful, there were a lot of people we had to wait to check in and then wait for the room to be ready. "They had to call out the technician for the bathroom, but his demeanor was hurendious. Bad customer service in his part, some German man with no customer service skills. Guess he was mad to be called out for 5 minutes to our villa to use a plunger only.
