"We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). "We were travelling as a family of three and upgraded our room for an extra €10 a night. Well worth it for the extra space. Hotel is spotless clean and staff are absolutely beautiful. So helpful. This hotel grows on you as does Martina Franca. We were sad to have to leave after five nights. "
