"Nice property, well decorated, bath tub included in the room at the balcony. Breakfast included in stay. There is nothing around which you will need a car for everything you do. I was not informed the property was not serving dinner that night (i guess there was not many guests) so when i requested some food they were closed for that night, i had to go out to the city to get some food. The owner was friendly and offered some coffee and cakes with no cost. Swimming pool is also nice."

"Cannedi Farms was a wonderful oasis right in the middle of the city of Avetrana. The place looks to have been completely remodeled and its gorgeous! Beautiful high ceilings, modern appliances and a killer roofdeck with wet bar and outdoor shower. They have fruit tress in the back courtyard which assures you have fresh fruit daily and they also make amazing Olive Oil. My family & I went to be close to the beach, it was a 12min drive to the pristine waters of the Adriatic Sea and you can go to a Beach Club with an entry fee or to a free beach, both are no longer than a 15min drive. There are great restaurants in town serving local dishes or you are in proximity to Lecce, Bari or Brindisi. Didn't quite know what to expect because we had never been to the Aventrana or Cannedi farms but we were pleasantly surprised. The owner and staff are very hands on, helped make reservations and gave us an understanding of the area. Would definitely go again."

"The place was clean, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. It’s a calm town, and the restaurant is just a five-minute walk away. Everyone is friendly, and the food is amazing. It’s way better than other places nearby, and the price is great. The amazing view makes it a must-visit. I’ll definitely go back and strongly recommend it."

"The location is magnificent along the lungomare so you go to bed and wake up with the sun and sea. The staff were very welcoming and polite. Early breakfast was available and excellent. I would stay there again and in fact this was not my first visit."

"The owner and staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful. Rooms were new and cleaned thoroughly daily. Beautiful views. Tranquil location in late May before the summer season begins. It would be nice if they removed sea weed from the beach sand. Also we had a problem with billing but the staff were very concerned and worked to resolve it."
