"This family owned hotel is in the heart of Cauterets. The hotel is older and is evident when you walk the stairs and hallways where you can feel the slant in the floors. The room was very large and clean, with older french style furniture and curtains. The bathroom is very modern and had a large soaking tub. Like many French bathrooms, the toilet was in a separate “closet” outside the main bathroom, and although this is a bit odd at least this one had a hand sink inside. The breakfast was...

"Bonjour, Le logement n’était pas réellement propre à notre arrivée… De la poussière, des cheveux, un peu de terre… Un seul rouleau de papier toilette dans un appartement pour huit. Un four micro-ondes minuscule. Pas d’éponge, pas de produits vaisselle… Une seule tablette lave-vaisselle."

"Residence bien située, les appartements sont correct par contre on ressent bien que c est tres vieillissant et pas tres bien entretenu. Le menage est complètement a revoir.Dommage... L equipe est reactif si probleme , ca remonte un peu la note. "
