"Had a great stay, the hotel staff were friendly and on top of things and really wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through. "

Breakfast buffet is excellent, rooms huge, beautiful and comfortable, pool and view are stunning, staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful and the service is exceptional. Close enough to ancient town to walk comfortably ( though there is a free shuttle provided) but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Cannot fault this hotel at all, would very highly recommend and will most definitely return some day 💕"

"We stayed at Bel Marina for a family wedding and the staff in every area couldn’t have been warmer and more helpful, check in, dining, pool/gardens etc. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with great air con. The pools and gardens were beautifully maintained and help was given when requesting taxi bookings and recommendations. "Very pleasant mid range hotel. Large rooms, 2x nice pools, some great restaurants in walking distance and 3 free shuttles to town a day. Shame the beach opposite is not that nice however. "

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."
