"It s paradise on earth! I ve been to Maldives before and what really makes a resort a five star is the actual reef, and this reef was great for swimming. We got the beach pool villa. It was actually on the beach with direct access to the sea and the private pool, much better for the water villas that are very close one to another. "We loved our stay at Raaya. The property is lovely. Clean, modern and well-kept. The beaches and waters surrounding the island are pristine and simply beautiful. We stayed at one of the over water villas with direct access to the ocean and snorkeled to our heart’s content (saw plenty of fish, and even rays). Spa services were fantastic, got 2 massages and totally worth it, some of the friendliest staff worked there. Food at the three restaurants on the property was great and service was good....

"We had 9 fantastic days at the resort, even when the weather was sometimes bad (rain and wind) during our stay in July. We stayed in a logoon overwater villa, and even though we stayed 2 adults and 2 children in one room, it was still very spacious. All the staff are friendly and nice.
