"Das Hotel ist wirklich toll gemacht und die Zimmer schön groß und bieten alles, was man braucht. Natürlich ist die Landeskategorie von 5 Sternen nicht unbedingt auch unsere Kategorie. Ich würde dem Hotel 4 Sterne geben. Im Zimmer ging immer wieder die Klimaanlage nicht und im Flur war wohl auch ein Wasserschaden in der Wand. Hat mich aber nicht weiter beeinträchtigt. "The worst place that you can ever try to spend time in super dirty. The water is very dirty a lot lots of garbage in the water and dirty pampers. Staff is very rude electricity we lost power so i was no AC no fan no elevators nothing, and when the guy was introduced himself as the owner, he was very rude the minute he find out I have an American passport. I don’t know why and telling me so what there’s no electricity for three hours you are from Egypt and you know you can lose power any time...

"The service quality went down a bit since last year. Most staff even at front desk are money hungry now unfortunately. Also since they renovated the resort is bigger and amneties are far, golf carts are available to drive guests but at times we have to wait for them in the blazing sun, and once they arrive theyre full so we walked most of the times. Weve been to the resort last year and staff were much more pleasant- for less $ will try another 5 star resort next time."

"Everything was okay except the long line of the BBQ corner that got me to avoid the best menu I like!! My first visit in March was perfect and I used to get the BBQ daily but this time was not. Rather than that o enjoyed my stay."

"Although some information was misleading it was a good hotel. Reads as all inclusive but in fact it is Not. It is a partial all inclusive. Staff was friendly but not well informed about the inclusions. Felt like I vacationed in Germany instead of Egypt. Lots of food catered to Germans/europeans. Slides in the aqua kids parks was the best and saving grace. Satisfied but would not return."

"Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The sea, weather, and food were excellent and truly enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the attitude and level of support provided by some members of the reception team upon arrival, which negatively impacted the beginning of my stay. While the resort has many positive aspects, I believe additional staff training and improvements in guest service would greatly enhance the overall experience."
