"Le personnel accueillant et disponible dans l'ensemble. Des travaux de rafraîchissement sont nécessaires. Assez calme et reposant."

"Honestly a bit better than I expected given recent competition from the Hilton and Kempinski. Perhaps they are upping their game? Great location. Not great value for money but ponder where you are. Really not bad at all given the cenral location and complimentary transport to the airport."

"Saw a cockroach in the room. The room and hallway has a strong smell tha hits you once you enter. The staff were nice"

"Aone"

"If you’re looking for something basic, clean with no fuss then the Palm Beach is for you. There aren’t many sophisticated hotels in Pointe Noire anyway, over the years this has been a reliable pit stop. They have an ongoing project and building a modern 5-6 storey hotel next to the historical part where I stayed. Basic, clean and helpful staff so it does the trick!"

"The place is clean but slightly abandoned."

"Staff service good，room just so so，carpet not clean, furniture old."
