"Really enjoyed our stay, comfortable and spotless clean room and very helpful staff."

"All staff helpful and focussed on the customers. Food in the restaurant excellent."

"Heated pool, chef at restaurant very sollicitous re food allergy. Housekeeping needed 3 reminders throughout the day to finally make up the room by 5pm on the second day.

"A nice hotel , we had good time with friends."

"It deserves 5*, a most enjoyable three nights, no faults that I could see"

"Well located, nice hotel which is perfectly located and has helpful staff. I recommend it"

"We stayed here for one night with our 2 year old, it seemed a little disorganised (for example we were asked to pay when we had prepaid the room) but the staff were very friendly. We stayed in an apartment onsite which seemed to be recently renovated, the furnishings etc were lovely but then oddly they left only one Nespresso pod and one tea bag for us which seemed a little odd. Otherwise easy and convenient enough"

"We stayed here as a family of five across two family rooms and had an overall comfortable visit. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to help us with our baggage and share great local recommendations. The hotel’s location is very convenient for exploring Beaune. Breakfast, while somewhat limited in variety, was fresh and good enough to start the day. Our only real inconvenience was the room layout—having the shower and toilet on two different levels...
