"Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations "

"During our stay the property was full of guests. Once we went for breakfast at 9:15AM there was almost nothing left at the buffet table! Although the property is quite old but the cleanness was not satisfactory at all."
