"Marielle and Loic were very kind and warm. It felt like I was staying at my favorite cousin’s house, and the home being a Chateau was the icing on the cake. Le Chateau de Lavaud is a gorgeous, serene castle with a generous landscape and spacing. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a quaint, antiquated feel of Spanish / Moroccan design. "Right across the river from the Musée de la Bande Dessinée! Requires a bit of an uphill hike to get to the center of town but there are also easy nearby bus stops to take you there. Service was fantastic, breakfast was tasty and the hotel is pretty neat. No AC though. "
