From when we pulled in and had to call for 10 minutes before the lady came from sleeping I guess in her "neices" room, to her jumping over the counter and then behind the plexiglass, ( she doesnt have a key), to no toilet paper in the room and can't get back a hold of anyone to get any. "Shower had all the force of a kinked hose and water was tepid. No breakfast as listed. Not even a stale muffin. When asked where’s the breakfast, the desk man said “We haven’t had it since Covid. When I said then why do you advertise it, he said “Complain to Wyndham” as if they had no ability to tell the truth."

"The room was dirty had live roaches everywheres the whole room needed to be redone there was black tape everywheres the bathroom door was all ripped up the tub was nasty as i have ever seen one the ac unit was barely working the person behind the counter was rude not only to me but a couple other people that whole motel needs to be shut down and either remodeled or thrown down the front door to the roon didnt shut all the way someone needs to go out there and completely shut it down "

"The office was locked up. We had to go to the hotel next door to sign in. No breakfast as was advertised. TV did not work. Three lights in room did not work. Dirty ring in the toilet.
