"Zentrale Unterkunft mit Tiefgarage im Fussgängerviertel! Hier bitte im Vorfeld Code für Absperrung Fussgängerviertel im Vorfeld geben lassen! Kleine Probleme mit schallschutz! Habe einmal das Laufband aus dem EG im 5 .OG gehört! Klima etwas lauter ansonsten sehr ruhig obwohl man direkt in der Fussgängerzone ist! Empfehlenswert!"

"Absolutely wonderful place! The desk agent, Camille, spoke excellent English, was polite, friendly, and more than helpful. After she escorted us to our room and gave us a tour, she was happy to draw a nice tour to fit our needs. The porters and valets were friendly and helpful as well. The spa is huge. The only drawback is that we stayed only one night. Robes, slippers, thick towels, spacious shower, deep tub in our room. The robes were so lush I had difficulty closing my suitcase!!! 😁 ...

"We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7."

"The only point of improvement was the daily change of bathtoeels and bedsheets that apparently wasn't included. But a cleaner was helpfull to give us fresh laundry. For the rest, it was a lovely stay!"
