"Was caught off guard to find out that my room had access to the room next over and they had access to my room as well. Had to lock that door of course, I understand that there were no more rooms available for me to be switched but but I think that detail should have been communicated at the time of checking in, to avoid any confusion or discomfort. For the $200 deposit fee they charge the amenities are a bit questionable (at least when it comes to soap, conditioner, and body wash). And the sink...

"The amenities at the hotel were nice and clean. But, the ice machine which is one per floor while convenient in many ways. You had to take a hike with a water bottle just to get to the ice machine. Hotels and motels might be better served if they had an ice machine by the elevators and one at the end of the halls. The restaurant bar was clean convenient. But, I had a Caesar salad that was almost as small as a happy meal. I recommend that they do better when it comes to portions."

"This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy and smelled terrible. The walls were covered in dirt, shoeprints, handprints footprints and what looked like bodily fluids. The beds were dirty with a bunch of hair and crumbs on them.
