"Room was clean but very old and needs a face lift. The curtains need replacing, stains and cigarette holes. One window had a builder hole in the bedroom window. The place is very convenient to Rales grocery store,CVS, Starbucks and restaurants."

"First off the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the twigs restaurant. All staff worked very hard, but it didn’t seem to be run as efficiently as it could, and in fact, I stood in line for a bit to get breakfast and decided it was gonna take too long, so ended up going to their coffee bar, which was fabulous. Other than that major kudos and thanks to everyone here."

"It's a beautiful building, the staff were wonderful. I loved the room, had an amazing view, and the bar was fantastic. I'll definitely be staying here again. You'll get some car/motorcycle noise from the street but that's anywhere downtown."
