"The host was amazing.theres several fruit trees on property which was a plus to have that added culture right in your yard. The property was very small smaller then the pictures showed over all nice and clean. They also charged a damage fee but there was nothing literally in the property to damage. limited silverware and pot options so cooking isnt something i would recommend. "

"Beautiful house, there was also toiletries in the bathroom. Looks even better in person. Safe gated community. Even outside the gates are safe. This is a great place to stay to be safe but also live the life of a local"

"Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc.
In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. "Lack of communication was terrible
Reached at the property, was double booked for multiples family. The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access
No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system
No change of linen
No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub
Leakage of water from toilet broken
