"The property was getting a facelift and the parking area was limited We could not park on the handicap spaces or close to the building. There was a lot of parking places though. It is an older property but well kept."

"Check in was easy, cheerful attendent. Did not realize when booking that room entrances were outside. Room was very clean though somewhat dated. Problem with shower operation and leaking/running toilet were a distraction. Room location was right next to a few long term guests that enjoyed evening tail-gate parties complete with barbecue and beach chairs, somewhat annoying. Overall my 2 day stay was not memorable for the right reasons. Breakfast was good though."

"This says “good for families” and I think that statement needed to be qualified: “good for families ON A TIGHT BUDGET.” We stayed here at the last minute because our original booking close to LSU fell through for silly reasons. Given that it was graduation and baseball weekend, it was a miracle we found this location at a cheaper price than what other comparable locations were charging. "The room need to be air out because it got a lot of dust inside of them. Me and my grandma was coughing all night long inside of the room. Other than that it was clean room and smell really good on the inside"
