"I don’t normally review hotels. However, we stayed one night to visit the quartz mines with my son… when we came back 1-2 days later I noticed I had itchy bites in my back, legs and arms… also my son! Would not recommend this hotel at all… so unfortunate. Beware of the bed bugs!"

"Stayed in a Presidential Suite and expected more. The lamps were all unplugged, a couple did not work. Switches that did nothing. A freezer where something had clearly exploded/spilled significantly and not been cleaned up. The most annoying thing, though, were the drawers! OMG - sometimes they won't close, other times you have to really pull to get them open (but there are no handles on the dresser). The nightstands have handles that are seemingly there to mock you. Those are the hardest to...

"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "
