I loved this place, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are so clean and the design is really nice too, I enjoyed the breakfast and the quietness was a massive bonus considering I was struggling with jet lag, I couldn't rate it highly enough, if you are looking for a few nights of peace and quiet with amazing food and staff, stay here.

This is probably one of the best i have experienced in my world travels. They have an excellent grasp of English so communications are great. Their "can do" attitude is very very good and they are very quick to help. Anything i needed was "let me check" which they did straight away and got back to me straight away. Any problems i had was dealt with instantly. I even had times when they were waiting for me outside my room. Only problem i had was ants in the room which they sprayed...

On a budget? Need a centrally located hotel for a night or two. Close to food outlets and shops. This will do you nicely. No frills or extras, just good value and friendly staff.

Looks old and not properly maintained. I was there 2 yrs ago and I had an amazing stay but now doesnt look great.

second time I stay here at this clean friendly staff ,great accommodation for good price .needed a room change due to noisy outside fans.no problem they immediately understand it and got s better room thanks a must place to stay in Tacloban

Have stayed here several times. Staff are vet friendly and helpful. Resort is a short walk from Baybay Boulevard to get food, drink and socialise in the evening. At the resort there is/was live entertainment most nights. Food is good.

Excellent place to stay just on the outskirts of Naval. Comfortable room, good shower, friendly staff and cosy restaurant/breakfast room. Very relaxing and reccomended.

A lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. I was glad the airconditioning worked well. Too hot outside. Quailty of food was good. I would return there. Only downside was the internet went down for nearly a day. They had to set up new system but was really fast after.

Excellent stay for small family, high speed internet and room/kitchen area quite large. Super metro nearby and friendly staff on hand.

staff is excellent they help me with wifi issues and fix it on my laptop.
