Good times in Naval!!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. The furniture and cabinets were a bit worn, but the room was clean and comfortable. Reception took care of a couple of small issues I did have. Like most places I would have enjoyed a few more pay Premium channels. The property was clean and tidy. The pool could use some attention. The restaurant and new bar were excellent. The staff was very attentive and very professional…. Also very cute and funny!! I will staying here again!! Thanks everyone!!

Judging on the photos when booking, some of the rooms may be a bit older and some are freshly remodeled. We opted for one of the newly refreshed ones and it was fantastic. Understandably a little more expensive than the older ones but totally worth it. Both room and bathroom up to European standards! Would book again if ever in the area

Great stay

Was there for only a 3 day stay, but i could have stayed longer. Housekeeping kept our room clean, the in house restaurant was handy for something small or an actual meal. Staff was great. Hope to be back again next year.

Eh. It was a bed to sleep on in Naval. However, the hallways look dead and neglected. They said the maintenance person was out so we couldn’t use the pool. But he must have been out for weeks. The rooms were unkempt. The shades of the lamp in the bedroom we were in crumbled to the touch, and she sheets were scratchy. I think they’re the only game in town though.

The rom was really nice, clean and big, good internet, nice food and restaurant. The pool wasn’t in operation, there is building work going on and you don’t get a sea view room if you book one. They may give you a mountain view which is ok.

Property is older and not well maintained or kept. Parking sucked. Restaurant had limited food items available from the menu. Breakfast items was also very limited. Pool water smelled like oil / gas. Customer service was non-existent. I should’ve done my homework and gone with other options that I found out about later.

The property has an excellent restaurant. The food we ordered for dinner was delicious especially the grilled fish. The big problem is that because of this it’s very popular and the restaurant is critically understaffed. As for the rooms, they are ok; the aircon is very noisy and not powerful enough for the room size. I booked two rooms but at check-in they insisted that I only had one until eventually they found the second booking. Initially I was given the wrong room (twin beds instead of a queen bed). The property also advertises a ‘pool’ but it was badly maintained and looked unclean. In summary; the restaurant is excellent, the rest of the experience was mediocre.
