We were extremely grateful and happy when Chai and the other staff made surprise birthday arrangements for our son at short notice and even sang happy birthday in both English and Samoan. "Location: one of the best locations if you want to stay in town. Convenient shop on the ground floor. You also have the city that’s 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. "The entire experience was amazing - the owners Robyn and Grant are so friendly and made it such a memorable and personable experience. We stayed in a beachside bungalow, and it was seriously insane. We stepped right out onto the beautiful beach, which was pristine and crystal clear. Our favourite part was being able to snorkel right from the beach whenever we wanted to, and we saw the most amazing coral and fish! The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious, and very reasonably priced....
