"The room was beautiful. Well maintained. The pool is dirty, and not nearly the appropriate size for a hotel of your size. The people were always pleasant, I could never complain about West Indian courtesy. The Brix is nice, but the Hilton knocks you guys out of the box."

Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk...

"Staff was very friendly. The hotel is gated and always had someone available to open/close it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The hotel is within walking distance of a coffee shop, some local restaurants, the Savannah, gardens, zoo. There was no continental breakfast, no bar even though one was there. We didn't use the pool. Property could use some upgrades and renovation."
