"The room and stay was fine. The staff on the other hand, the attitude off a few was not very friendly. It was like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. Also, I booked my room at night due to some personal matters, and was unable to check in because no one was available at the reception desk - something I am definitely not used to. So I had to find another hotel to stay in which meant I had to pay again. They allowed me to stay for the nights I booked but I did not need to stay an extra night. They would not refund me and I could not refund on expedia because the check-in time had passed. Wasted money. I suggest giving guests the option to pay when they arrive if staff isn't available around the clock. That way, I could have avoided paying more than I intended to. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. "

"The receptionist was so welcoming and assisted us with breakfast when we couldn’t be there on time. Big up the chef for his delicious food, my child loves his fish in coconut milk and eggs 👍. Our room was generally clean and the environment as well together with, the fridge, microwave and Cable TV was in proper working condition. I would definitely recommend staying a night or two. "
