"Sadly this was a very bad experience. The pictures make this House look twice as big as it really is. If you are planning to go 6 people- I would really not recommend it. If you are taller than 180cm, you probably won’t be able to stand up right in other rooms than the bathrooms. The beds are SO Small, and SO uncomfortable! When we were informed of this, the first two ferries on our return day were sold out. Given that we had a flight early the next morning, we were not able to stay at the property. Despite the misleading listing, the property owner would not make any concession on the non-refundable rate."

"There are plenty of parking spaces, although exiting the hotel is a little difficult to make a right turn. The keypad of my room phone was not working, the faucet sensor stopped working and no water came out. We were casually asked to use a shared bathroom on a different floor before a technician can fix it on the following day. They had no intention to address the phone problem either. Service level is under par for a four star hotel."

"Everything was just okay..with the exception of a newly opened fine dining restaurants called tuubuk....service is they sell cigars ....unfortunately the staff and amenities are geared towards cruises and busses...catering for en mass ...they lack the ability to provide individual attention especially when travelli g during summer and at the highest rates !!!! I suspect you get better attention to detail when youre there by yourself in winter ....and at the cheaper rates ...go figure !!!!"

"I had a very pleasant few days in The Bird. Room was small and basic but comfortably and clean. The kitchen and dinning room are as good as you’ll get. Also a lounge for relaxing, which is great if you don’t want to leave at 1000. The only issue is they need a better system for food in the fridge as it’s full of stuff that people have left."

De plus, attention à ne pas y venir tardivement: - à 9H30 on vous demande si vous voulez encore vous servir. - à 9H45 tout est débarrassé - à 10H00 la porte se ferme C'est typiquement Féroen. Buona colazione, personale gentile. La parte gueshose è un po fatiscente andrebbe rimodernata. Il sevizio igenico in comune è appena essenziale, situato prorio all'ingresso della struttura e, in fronte alla cucina comune crea disagio"
