"The room was clean, comfortable and the pool was in great condition! I would recommend staying here."

"The staff was friendly"

"Old and cool"

"This property had no staff we were sent an email with a password so we could open the door. The room was very clean. The beds were good. It was a small place., only about ten rooms. People had to reserve it before. In our case there was no one else there. We didn't have anyone disturbing us early in the morning as they left. The door for the breakfast room opened electronically at 7:30. The breakfast was a European type. It was more than adequate. We had plenty to eat. We left feeling rested,...

"Jim is an exceptional host. You feel welcome the moment you arrive. The town is beautiful to visit. We look forward to returning again!"

"It would have been nice to have a TV listing, a little more info about the room."

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."

"A good place to be outdoors but have a place to sleep inside."

"Fun little room that fit the whole family! Great place to stay. Super easy check in and out. We would definitely stay again! "

"We were very happy with our stay at this property! The place was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Having two bedrooms was perfect for our family, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of clean towels available. The pool was really nice, and we especially enjoyed having showers right there in the pool area. It was also a great touch having a box of items available...

"Helpful staff"

"The place was good. Just was frustrating that their supplies were so limited. There was no salt and pepper and we had two garbage bags. So we were running to Walmart for stuff. Also had to buy a blow dryer because there wasn’t one. "

"Super convenient for family get togethers "

"I like the setting. The lighting was very poor everywhere in the condo. The couch and loveseat were old and lacked support not comfortable."

"Quiet area. Smelled bad"

"Cute and charming. Very clean. Host was excellent! I would return."
